DIY Timeshare Exit defines ‘successful timeshare exit’ as the  exstrication of the timeshare owner from the timeshare ownership and  further obligation to its related balance or maintenance fees.

DIY Timeshare Exit provides several different options for timeshare  owners to eliminate their timeshare obligations and any successful  timeshare exit achieved by any of these provided options is considered  the same successful timeshare exit outcome. As this is a do-it-yourself  process, owners are free to select or negotiate the best option for  them. In relation to this, it is up to the timeshare owner to assess the  risks and possible adverse consequences of their choices and any such  liability incurred from actions, choices or use of provided options is  the sole responsibility of the timeshare owner.

DIY Timeshare Exit provides a Certificate of Guarantee with the following conditions for use:

“This Certificate of Guarantee entitles the Purchaser a credit,  in the amount of their initial Purchase Price of their DIY Timeshare  Exit Kit, toward a third-party or attorney solution approved by DIY  Timeshare Exit. Offer is Valid for One Full Year from the time of  purchase. At the time of use, and unless otherwise directed, DIY  Timeshare Exit must be notified in writing of Purchaser’s intent to use  the credit and must approve of the exit or attorney solution that the  credit of the initial purchase price will be applied toward. Purchaser  is responsible for any and all costs for third-party exit or attorney  solutions above and beyond the monetary value as defined by this credit.  Purchaser must reference the Purchase Number provided on this  certificate in the transaction and include a reason for use and the  Purchase Number when notifying DIY Timeshare Exit in writing of its use.  Purchaser must also verify that they have followed Steps One through  Seven in the DIY Timeshare Exit Process, as outlined in the Complete  Step By Step Program Guide, by providing a completed Timeshare  Questionnaire as well as records of contact with their resort or  developer during the process including copies of all Letters of  Termination and Demand Letters. This Certificate of Guarantee is Not a  Guarantee of Outcome either for the Purchaser’s use of the DIY Timeshare  Exit Kit or any third-party or attorney solution that the credit is  applied toward. It is understood that DIY Timeshare Exit does not  guarantee an outcome. And it is entirely up to any third-party to  determine whether they will provide their own guarantee or not.”

Once the package has  been received and/or signed for by the purchaser, DIY Timeshare Exit  will not provide a refund. DIY Timeshare Exit has the right to refuse a  sale at any time.

In the event of buyers remorse within the rescission period before  the package has been received by the purchaser, the purchaser must  provide a receipt of purchase for the item in order to receive a refund.  Allow for processing time for the bank or credit card company to  process the refund request. This may take a few days. In the event you  have not received a refund within a reasonable period of time  then you  should contact your bank or the credit card company. Buyer is  responsible for any shipping costs of returns unless the item is faulty.
